The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) has determined the working hours of banks and financial transfer centers, as well as the Saudi system for rapid financial transfers, "Sari" during the Eid Al-Adha holiday for the current year 1441 AH, based on Article (sixteen) of the Banking Control Law regarding determining bank holidays and the working hours.

                SAMA stated in a circular that the beginning of the blessed Eid Al-Adha holiday for banks and financial transfer centers will be on Tuesday 7/12/1441 AH corresponding to 7/28/2020 AD, provided that it will resume its work on Wednesday 12/15/1441 AH corresponding to 5 / 8/2020 AD (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar), confirming in this regard, banks and transfer centers must open a number of their branches in places where it needed during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and inform SAMA of the names of these branches and their working hours, and announce that by appropriate means.

                Regarding SARIE system, SAMA indicated that the work of the system ends during the Eid Al-Adha holiday at the end of work on Wednesday 8/12/1441 AH corresponding to 7/29/2020 AD, and that it will return to work on Monday 12/13/1441 AH corresponding to 3/8/ 2020 AD (according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar). Clearing houses will work in accordance with the hours and days of the SARIE system.
