His Excellency Dr. Ahmad bin Abdul Karim Al-Kholifey, Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), appreciated the initiative of Saudi banks to support the Community Fund launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the General Authority for Endowments with an amount of 100 million riyals. He stressed that Saudi banks have pledged to continue giving during this crisis that the Kingdom is going through within the countries of the world in the face of the threat of the Corona epidemic. This is because it feels its social responsibility to support the efforts made by the wise leadership to mitigate the effects of this epidemic.

                Al-Kholifey pointed out that this contribution from banks is not the first during this pandemic, as it was preceded by the initiative of Saudi banks to support the Health Endowment Fund to combat the Corona pandemic by donating an amount of more than 160 million riyals.
