The Saudi Central Bank has recently completed the delivery of the Professional Learning Partnership (PLP).  The program is geared to select onboard and develop top graduate talent seeking to build their careers within the Finance industry.  The PLP uses a blended learning approach consisting of mentor-led rotations, targeted interactive classroom trainings, on-site visits to regulated entities, hands-on coaching & feedback, world class online instructional modules and a team project & presentation. 

Successful completion of the program provides practical marketable skill attainment, certified by The Saudi Central Bank, that will accelerate career success, whether the trainee stays with the central bank or applies the learnings elsewhere in the industry.  The program's overriding aim is to enhance the Saudi financial services sector by building the needed talent for the future.
