The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) announces the issuance of its resolution dated on 28 / 07 / 1440 corresponding to 04 / 04 / 2019 , including the cancellation of the company's license to carry out money exchange and cash transfers. SAMA explained in a statement that the cancellation decision was based on the company's letter dated 1440/07/24 which includes the approval of all partners in the company to request the cancellation of their license.
SAMA calls upon all customers with existing rights and claims to review the company. In case of no response by the company, SAMA encouarages customers to review SAMA Consumer Protection Department within three months of this announcement on www.samacares.sa or Toll free 8001256666.
