His Excellency Dr. Ahmad bin Abdulkareem Al-Kholifey, Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) - on the behalf of SAMA - congratulates the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al- Saud and his Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of defense Prince Mohammed bin Salman and to the people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 89th national day, which falls on the 24th Muharram 1441H corresponding to 23/September/ 2019.
Al-Kholifey said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia derives its constitution from Book of Allah and Sunnah of his messenger and its goal is the prosperity of the country that is blessed with security and stability as it encompasses the purest two spots on earth. He stressed that this occasion has a special place in the heart of the sons of this dear country as they share love, loyalty and appreciation to their leadership for all historical achievements, noble values and principles accompanied the unification of the ranks of this great entity by the founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Saud (God’s mercy). 
Al-Kholifey highlighted the importance of the financial sector development program, which aims to strengthen its role as a diversified and effective financial sector in supporting the national economy, stimulating savings, finance and investment and increasing its efficiency to face challenges. He stressed that SAMA along with the Ministry of Finance and the Capital Market Authority are urging the achieve objectives of the financial sector development program in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Al-Kholifey concluded by saying: we ask Allah to preserve the dignified leadership of this country and bless it with a promising and bright future.
