The Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), Dr. Ahmad Alkholifey, held today, accompanied by a number of governor's deputies and general managers, the annual press conference on the occasion of the issuance of the SAMA 55th annual report for the year 1440H (2019).
At the beginning of the meeting, Alkholifey welcomed the present representatives of local and international media. The governor started reviewing the most important indicators and recent developments of the Saudi economy during 2018. He also expressed his thanks to all ministries and other government parties for their cooperation and providing of valuable data that helped the foundation in preparing this report. He extended his thank as well to the employees of SAMA for their efforts in preparing and accomplishing all tasks assigned to the foundation.
