The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, has approved the appointment of SAMA's Board of Directors who are not State-employed.

The royal decree No. 69117 dated on June 5, 2022 stipulated also the appointment of the following as members of the board of directors:

1. His Excellency Hamad bin Saud Al-Sayyari.

2. Khaled bin Ahmed Aljuffali.

3. Eng. Rashed bin Abdulaziz Al-Humaid.

4. Dr. Abdullah bin Hassan Alabdulqader.

5. Sheila bint Atheeb Alrowaily.

On this occasion, the Saudi Central Bank's Governor Dr. Fahad Almubarak raised thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman -may Allah protect them- for their approval. The governor concluded by asking Allah the Almighty to help theses members to fulfill their duties and contribute to attain the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
