His Excellency Mr. Ayman Alsayari expressed thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense (may Allah protect them) for the royal confidence in the issuance of the Royal Decree appointing him as Vice Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. Mr. Alsayari, expressing his appreciation of the wise leadership for the trust reposed in him, committed himself to serve with honor and devotion his religion, the king and the country to achieve its ambitious vision 2030.  Alsayari prayed for the homeland's security and stability for its continuous progress.  

Mr. Alsayari started his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund as a financial analyst, and completed Chase Manhattan's credit analyst program before moving to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), which seconded him to the Financial Markets Department of the World Bank Group's International Finance Corporation in Washington for three years. He was appointed as Deputy Governor for Investment at SAMA in 2013. Mr. Alsayari is a member of several committees and boards of directors.
Mr. Alsayari obtained his MBA in Finance from George Washington University, and BSc in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has completed the General Management Program from Harvard University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
