Reference is made to SAMA announcements issued on 5/8/1435H (3/6/2014) and 1/11/1435H (27/8/2014) regarding a number of decisions taken in respect of Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Weqaya), and due to the violations committed by Weqaya that resulted in deterioration of its status;
SAMA would like to announce to all concerned parties and stakeholders that it will take the necessary legal and judicial actions against any parties whose violations of relevant laws and instructions are proven.
