The General Secretariat of the Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations Committees and Public Prosecution signed today Monday 24/02/2020, a cooperation document for electronic linking between the two sides. This should enable a full electronic handling of cases and the exchange of data and correspondence; instead of paper transactions, with the aim of accelerating the pace of work in a way that reflects positively on all parties of the cases and saves time and effort.

The Secretary General represented the General Secretariat of the committees during the signature, Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al Sufyani, while the head of the Public Prosecution Department represented the Public Prosecution, Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al Zahrani.

The General Secretariat of the Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations Committees clarified in a statement that this step comes to achieve the initiatives of the National Transformation Program 2020. It is an attempt to raise the level of judicial services in all judicial bodies and limit the flow of cases to it, and in line with the generous directives from our rational leadership in switching to e-government, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the General Secretariat of the Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations Committees has launched its website and its services (WWW.BFC.GOV.SA), since 1437 AH to accelerate the completion of cases electronically, as this service enabled parties of the lawsuit to initiate their cases electronically. This will have a positive effect in accelerating dispute resolving and reducing the length of litigation and easiness for citizens, residents, companies, banks, and government agencies.
