Service Description

This service allows individuals to visit SAMA’s branches in the following cases:
  1. Exchanging and compensating for damaged notes from SAMA’s branches for individuals
  2. Filing complaints against SAMA-regulated financial institutions
  3. Inquiring about financial enforcement

  2. Sign in using Nafath
  3. Select the branch
  4. Select the service
  5. Choose the date based on availability​
  6. Book an appointment
  • Requesting compensation for damaged notes:

  1. National ID Card
  2. A copy of the IBAN certificate
  3. Bringing damaged notes, along with a Civil Defense report in case damage was caused by fire

  • Customer complaints against financial institutions and inquiry about financial enforcement:

  1. National ID Card
  2. A power of attorney (POA) from the applicant if the application is on behalf of another person
  3. A copy of the commercial register (in case the applicant is a company or an establishment)
  4. The POA terms must include the requirement to “visit the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)”
  5. Supporting documents

* Additional documents may be requested depending on the nature of the application and need

  1. Maintaining formal dress
  2. Bringing required documents
