Filing a Complaint Against Financial Institutions Individual
Service Description

​This service allows individuals to file complaints against financial institutions (banks, finance companies, payment companies and money changers) supervised and controlled by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) 

  1. Click on “Begin the Service"
  2. Log in via Nafath
  3. Fill out the complaint form
  4. Attach the supporting documents
  5. Fill out the required fields in the form

Supporting documents of the complaint​​

  1. Use of this portal is subject to the terms and conditions of use and the regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia. Accessing this portal constitutes the user's consent to the use of personal data by persons authorized by SAMA, in addition to sharing the data via the portal with relevant parties (financial institutions under SAMA's supervision and control), for the purpose of processing complaints without restriction or condition. It also constitutes the user's consent to the terms and conditions of use, whether the user is registered in the portal or not
  2. The user shall be responsible for the validity of any attachments or information submitted through this portal, and SAMA shall not be responsible for any infringement of any rights or data by any third party using this portal or its contents
  3. The user shall oblige to the use of the portal for legitimate purposes, and shall not carry out any action that may expose the portal to any malfunction or damage
  4. The user shall also oblige to not upload files to this portal that contain viruses, corrupted data, software, materials, data, or other information that are not owned by him
  5. ​SAMA has the right - at its sole discretion - to ban or restrict the use of the portal for anyone who misuses it, violates its terms and policies, or commits any other illegal behavior. In the event of banning, the user will no longer be able to access the portal​
  6. The user may only file one complaint on a financial institution
  7. The user, at his/her sole discretion, and without the need to provide any notices, shall immediately accept any Terms of Use updated by SAMA Saudi central Bank.
