H.E. Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Dr. Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak has met the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Alhugail at SAMA'S headquarters. In the meeting, they discussed the possible ways for strengthening coordination and cooperation between SAMA and the Ministry in development of the real estate sector as well as the role of the real estate finance sector in promoting the stability of the real estate market. The Minister was accompanied by H.E. Advisor Dr. Ali bin Suleiman Al-Attiyah; Eng. Mohammad bin Abdullah Al-Zumaih, Deputy Minister for Studies and Research; and Eng. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Zughaibi, the Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund. From SAMA side, the meeting was attended by Mr. Hashem Othman Alhekail, Deputy Governor for Banking Operations and Thamer Al-Essa, General Manager of Finance Companies Control.
