​​​​Personal consumers of Banks and Finance companies can complain to SAMA through the Consumer Protection Department, using the details specified below.


When you use any of our channels to make a complaint to us,  you will receive a complaint reference number that you must use in all future commu​​nications with us.

Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (85) dated 28/1/1445 AH, authorities of supervision and control of the insurance sector were transferred to the Insurance Authority. To submit a complaint or follow up on an existing complaint against an insurance company, please visit the Insurance Authority’s website for complaints via the link (here).​
