The Open Data Portal aims to provide a specific set of public data for researchers, specialists, the private and public sectors, and international and regional organizations. These data are generated in multiple formats that make them easy to process and re-use. The portal contains an Application Programming Interface (API) service, which allows direct linking with SAMA Open Data Portal to benefit from the public data that SAMA publishes periodically.

Moreover, SAMA publishes a public dataset through the National Open Data Platform.
