Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Ayman M. Al-Sayari, Governor of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Fund for Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons (FFM), and Al-Rajhi Bank signed a cooperation agreement on Monday, August 25, 2025. The agreement seeks to launch an initiative to build residential homes for the Fund's beneficiaries, as part of the development and social support programs for beneficiaries, in cooperation with the non-profit sector. This will contribute to enhancing the quality of life and achieving housing stability for beneficiary families.

H.E. the Governor stated, “In service of the interest of our nation's valiant patriots who made great sacrifices to safeguard our nation's religious values and wellbeing, we, at SAMA, recognize the importance of this step, as it represents exemplary cooperation between banks and other entities, and thereby depicts a form of banks' social responsibility."

The signing ceremony was held at SAMA headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of Al-Rajhi Bank Chairman Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Dr. Omar bin Ali Al-Hassoun, Head of Financial Sustainability at the FFM, Mr. Waleed bin Abdullah Al-Muqbel, Al-Rajhi Bank CEO and several executives from both sides.​
