The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) organized recently at headquarter in Riyadh the annual celebration to honor 122 of its retirees for the year of 1440H. SAMA celebrated in a humanitarian initiative titles 'Day of Loyalty –  yaum alwafaa' a number of its deceased employees on the job with the attendance of Al-Kholifey, SAMA governor, along with a number of governor's deputies, general directors and directors of departments.

SAMA's initiative comes in line with its social responsibility framework toward its employees in a faithful caring touch to sons and daughters of its employees to alleviate the psychological impact of their loss of a family member and to stand by, encourage and support them.

         On this occasion, Al-Kholifey said: "we meet on the day of loyalty and honoring of colleagues who served the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority and who have benefited the majority of their youth in serving the institution. Their hands had the real touch in enriching and boosting this deep established foundation". He continued saying "you are leaving here and there are many young men and women who, Allah willing, shall continue the work in all fields within this foundation". He pointed out that this meeting is an acknowledgment of their loyalty and secondly to hear and communicate with them. Then he prayed to Allah for a pleasant life and best of luck in their future life and asked Allah for forgiveness for the deceased fellows.
