SAMA confirmed that returning allowances, benefits and financial rewards to state employees under the noble royal order will not change the scheduling that was previously approved. Consequently, banks, and financing companies cannot refer to those who benefited from these rescheduling processes by obligating them to return the situation to what it was before the rescheduling.

SAMA informed banks and financing companies to stop work of what was mentioned in its previous two circulars regarding the rescheduling debts of some clients issued in the month of Muharram 1438 AH.

In a circular issued today to banks, SAMA emphasized the necessity of adherence to the latest circular as of its date.
