SAMA's participation in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques scholarship program (your job and your scholarship)

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) has revealed that 141 male and female students have been accepted into the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques scholarship program (your job and your scholarship) affiliated to the Ministry of Education, in its twelfth edition. SAMA clarified that by doing so, these students would have reserved for themselves job positions in a number of Saudi banks, insurance companies and financing companies.

SAMA explained that for the second time in a row SAMA participates in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program (your job and your mission). SAMA plays a coordinating role between the Ministry of Education and the bodies supervised by it. It contacted the banking sector, the insurance sector, and the financing sector to find out their specialized needs in various jobs and in line with their career plans, to deliver their needs to the Ministry of Education, which were recently announced.

SAMA affirmed its constant endeavor to support all programs and initiatives aimed at localizing jobs in the financial sector with national elements in line with the National Transformation Program 2020, in order to reach the Kingdom's 2030 vision. To this end, SAMA is working to increase Saudization rates in the financial sector, as the percentage exceeds 90% in the banking sector and 58% in the insurance sector.         On the other hand, the distribution of accepted students came as follows: 34 scholarships for the bachelor's stage, 101 scholarships for the master's stage, and 6 for the doctoral stage from male and female students.
