The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah preserve him, issued directives to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to instruct banks to avoid any prejudice to the cost of living allowances and the bonuses issued by his honorable command, may Allah protect him. Therefore, it is not allowed to deduct any amount from these allowances and rewards for the benefit of the banks in exchange for the payment of personal loans and other financing obligations
