Further to SAMA’s announcement on 28/01/2018 (11/05/1439H) about suspending Allianz Saudi Fransi from accepting new subscribers to motor insurance and issuing and renewing any motor insurance policy as of 29/01/2018 (12/05/1439H), SAMA would like to announce that it has lifted the suspension imposed on Allianz Saudi Fransi and that Allianz Saudi Fransi is allowed to accept new subscribers to motor insurance and to issue and renew motor insurance policies as of 05/06/2018 (21/09/1439H).

SAMA would like to clarify that its recent decision to lift such suspension has been made after ensuring that the company has addressed the irregularities noted by SAMA and confirmed its compliance with standards and requirements that guarantee the rights of consumers and beneficiaries of insurance coverage. The company has also stressed its commitment to proper pricing and to continuous development of its internal audit system, compliance management and internal controls. In addition, the company has assured that it will continue to carry out the outstanding corrective actions.

On the other hand, SAMA calls upon all insureds and beneficiaries to not compromise their rights and to contact their company in this respect.
