Dr. Ahmad bin Abdul Karim Al-Kholifey, Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, launched the campaign (Know - your right in your insurance), which was launched today, Sunday, Rajab 5, 1438 AH, corresponding to April 2, 2017 AD, in cooperation with the Social Responsibility Club at King Saud University.
On this occasion, which coincides with the start of the mandatory application of the SAMA's instructions regarding obligating vehicles insurance companies to provide a discount to individuals without claims. Al-Kholifey called on all customers to exercise their rights guaranteed by the system and the regulations issued by SAMA. This includes filing a complaint if needed through the described communication channels (www.sama.gov.sa).
