Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) announced its decision to lift the suspension, and allow Shidid Company to practice Money-exchange services effective from 19/11/1439 corresponding to 01/08/2018. This reference is made to SAMA's announcement dated 9/9/1439  corresponding to 24/5/2018, which includes SAMA's decision to suspend money-exchanging activity temporarily for a number of companies including Shidid Company for money-exchange services. SAMA clarified in its statement that the decision came in view to the company's compliance to the technical and regulatory requirements, stressing on the same time on its constant commitment to the development of the internal audit system, compliance management and internal control procedures of the company. SAMA asserted too its commitment to continue implementing the corrective actions.
