​     The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) stressed in its circular number 391000044874 on the 17/04/1439H that no amounts should be deducted from beneficiaries merited by Citizen Account program for any sort of attachment or judicial orders. SAMA emphasized also on the necessity of acting accordingly as of the of publication date by cancelling all previous garnishee orders urgently.
