His Excellency Mr. Ayman Alsayari, vice governor of Investment and Research at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), expressed his utmost gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and to His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the trust that they have placed in him represented in the issuance of the royal decree appointing him as the Vice Governor of Investment and Research at the Saudi Central Bank with the rank of Minister.
Alsayari firmly expressed his pride in the generous trust granted to him, which he considered a great honor comes with a great responsibility. Alsayari called upon aid and guidance of Allah to the superb performance serving his country, and to bring further progress that would raise the Kingdom's profile at the global financial level, and moving forward in line with the goals and aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.
It is worth noting that H.E. Mr. Ayman Alsayari had earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Master's Degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance from George Washington University. Mr. Ayman had also completed the Public Administration course by Harvard University and he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate. Alsayari began his professional career as a financial analyst for the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). Later and before he moved to join the Saudi Central Bank in 1999AD, Alsayari earned an investment analyst certificate from Chase Manhattan bank. In 2003, Mr. Alsayari was seconded by SAMA for three years to the Department of Financial Markets of the IFC, affiliated to the World Bank Group. In 2013, he was appointed as the Deputy Governor of Investment at the Saudi Central Bank and then he was set as the Vice Governor of the Saudi Central Bank in 2019. Aside from his academic and professional achievements, Alsayari is also a member in many committees and boards of directors.
