Committees for Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations announced the completion process of the digital linking to the public prosecution in order to enable full electronic exchange and circulation of data, starting of 1442/10/18 corresponding to 30/5/2021. This comes in realization of the Transformation Program (2020) initiatives in order to promote the level of judicial services and in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
