SAMA Achieves ISO certification in the Technical Services Management System

                The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority "SAMA", represented by the General Administration of Business Technology, achieved a quality certificate in the Technical Services Management System (ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2018), which was achieved as one of the results of the recently launched technology transformation project.

The General Administration of Business Technology in the organization sought to improve and document internal technical procedures that are in line with the best international technical practices (ITIL), as internal procedures were documented and automated, the technical services management system was developed, and a better experience for users was provided through several development stages that the department went through; in an attempt to achieve high transparency in the procedures and indicators in order to raise level of quality and performance in line with Kingdoms' Vision 2030.  It is worth noting that SAMA always strives to provide high quality technical services; In line with the significant growth in digital transformation witnessed by central banks in the world.

                 The Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, Dr. Ahmad Al-Kholifey, thanked the business technology team for their continuous efforts to provide technical services and manage them according to the highest standards and practices followed.
