The General Secretariat of Banking and Finance Committees announces 'online session service'

                Referring to the statement issued by the General Secretariat of the Committees for Disputes and Banking and Financing Violations regarding suspending the sessions until further notice, in implementation of the decisions issued by the government to suspend attendance at workplaces in all government agencies; In order to protect the health of citizens and residents. The General Secretariat announces the launch of the remote (online) sessions service, through televised circuits without the need for the parties to attend at the committee's headquarters. The General Secretariat began organizing the first remote litigation sessions for the Banking Committee and the Finance Committee, on Sunday 10/9/1441 AH corresponding to 3/5/2020 AD, and the General Secretariat confirms that all postponed sessions will be rescheduled.  They will have priority in appointments, and the parties of the lawsuit will be notified through electronic means, and make sure that they are ready to hold it. Noting that other electronic services of the General Secretariat are still available and ongoing.
