The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announces that registration for the SAMA Professional Program (SPP) is now open to fresh graduates. Applications will be accepted from Sunday, 26 April 2026, to 30 May 2026.

The SPP provides an integrated training and development system for a new generation of national talents, serving as a real starting point for recent graduates of Saudi universities and accredited international universities. It incorporates intensive, hands‑on experience that helps graduates seamlessly transition from the academic environment to the work environment with confidence and readiness. The SPP combines practical application, career guidance, interactive learning and applied projects, thereby enhancing technical skills and reinforcing professional behaviors.

The SPP empowers Saudi talents to advance their careers and equips them to drive development and lead the future with confidence and competence. This is achieved through training in five key tracks: economics, investment and financial markets, financial regulation and conduct, technology and innovation, and business empowerment with diverse competitive advantages and incentives. Successful participants have the opportunity to join SAMA and continue their careers in specialized tracks that are tailored to SAMA's strategic needs and developed in collaboration with leading international organizations.

To join the SPP, the applicant must be a Saudi citizen and hold a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the required majors with a GPA of at least very good, or its equivalent. Additionally, the applicant must be a recent graduate (2025-2026), pass the technical interviews and associated assessments, and have a minimum IELTS score of 6 or a TOEFL (IBT) score of 60. This requirement is waived for graduates of accredited universities in English-speaking countries.

Those who wish to join the SPP can apply via the career portal on SAMA's website.
