​​The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) hosted the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Plenary Meeting and Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs) Forum on 18-19 November 2025 in Riyadh, with the participation of SAMA’s Governor, Mr. Ayman M. Al-Sayari, the FSB Chair, its members, and the co-chairs of the FSB Regional Consultative Groups.

The FSB Plenary Meeting and EMDEs Forum serve as a platform for international cooperation and coordination in order to strengthen financial sector policies and support economic and financial stability.
