SAMA Consumer Protection Department has today launched its new website. Consumers can find information about their rights and responsibilities when dealing with banks in the Kingdom, as well as a form to help consumers escalate their complaint if they are unhappy with how their bank has dealt with the original complaint. The website also has a section with �Frequently Asked Questions� that consumers will find very useful. SAMA Consumer Protection Department welcomes feedback about the new website. General consumer protection feedback is also welcomed and feedback forms are located in the �Contact Us� section.
