Publishing Draft Implementing Regulations of the Finance Laws

SAMA published the draft Implementing Regulations of the Real Estate Finance Law, the Financial Lease Law, and the Law on Supervision of Finance Companies for public consultation, and is requesting the public to review the draft regulations and submit their comments and observations by email to (finance@sama.gov.sa) within (30)  days from the publication of the draft implementing regulations.

Electronic copies of the Finance Laws, drafts Implementing Regulation, and the Comments and Observations Form are available on the �Finance� section of SAMA�s website  (Link).
