Reference is made to SAMA announcement dated 7/7/1437H (14/4/2016) regarding Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Weqaya) and that SAMA will take the necessary legal and judicial actions against any parties whose violations of relevant laws and instructions are proven,

SAMA would like to announce to all concerned parties and stakeholders that it has filed a lawsuit to the Committee for Resolution of Insurance Disputes and Violations to take the legal actions against Weqaya.​
