We, Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

 Having reviewed Article 58 of the Governance Law issued under Royal Decree No. A/90 dated 27/8/1412H;

 Having reviewed the Appointment Law of Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Excellent Grade Officials, issued under Royal Decree No. M/10 dated 18/3/1391H; and

 Having reviewed Royal Decree No. A/14 dated 3/3/1414H,

Order the following:

 First:  His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Bin Sulaiman Bin Muhammad Al-Jasser shall be appointed as the Governor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency at the rank of a Minister as from 3/3/1430H.

 Second: Our Order shall be notified to the competent authorities for compliance therewith and enforcement.
