Reference is made to SAMA announcement on 16/3/2015 regarding its decision on the request filed by Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Company for an additional period of time to provide the  requirements to obtain SAMA's approval to increase the Company's capital,

SAMA would like to announce to all concerned parties that SAMA is unable to grant the required approval for the Company's capital increase request due to the Company not meeting the requirements.
