The General Secretariat of the Committees of Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations announces the commencement of the first judicial sessions of the Banking Disputes Committee and the Committee for the Resolution of Financial Violations and Disputes in its two departments in Dammam and Jeddah Governorate. As of Sunday 11/14/1441 AH corresponding to 7/5/2020 AD, the parties to the lawsuit will be notified of the hearing dates at their addresses provided to the General Secretariat and through electronic means, and to ensure their readiness to convene them.
This step comes; In implementation of Royal Decree No. (A / 356) dated 5/18/1441 AH, which stipulates the formation of a department for the Banking Disputes Committee in the city of Dammam and another in the province of Jeddah, and the formation of a department for the Committee for the Settlement of Violations and Financing Disputes in the city of Dammam and another in the province of Jeddah, according to Clause (Third) From Royal Decree No. (M / 51) dated 8/13/1433 AH and Royal Decree No. (37441) dated 11/8/1433 AH and No. (A / 24) dated 2/18/1437 AH.
