Issuance of the Implementing Regulations of the Finance Laws 

SAMA published today the Implementing Regulations of the Finance Laws: the Implementing Regulations of the Real Estate Finance Law, issued by H.E. the Minister of Finance; the Implementing Regulations of the Financial Lease Law, issued by H.E. the Governor of SAMA by agreement with H.E. the Minister of Justice; and the Implementing Regulations of the Law on Supervision of Finance Companies, issued by H.E. the Governor of SAMA.
